1. THE PROMOTION
To celebrate Bankhouse’s first birthday, Bankhouse is offering one winner a two night midweek stay at the property during 2027 for the winner and up to 11 additional guests.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
The winner must be aged 18 or over and will be considered the lead guest for the booking.
No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the giveaway, entrants must:

• Tag the person or people they would like to bring in the comments
Entries may be made through Bankhouse’s participating social media platforms.
Only genuine entries from individual entrants will be accepted. Automated, bulk, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
4. CLOSING DATE
The giveaway closes at 01.12.26.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the prize draw.
5. THE PRIZE
One winner will receive:
• A two night midweek stay at Bankhouse during 2027
• Accommodation for the winner and up to 11 additional guests
• A maximum occupancy of 12 guests
The prize is for accommodation only. Travel, transport, food, drinks, activities and any other costs or expenses associated with the stay are not included.
The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for money.
6. DATES & AVAILABILITY
The prize must be taken during 2027 and is subject to availability.
The prize applies to an eligible two night midweek stay only.
Peak periods, special events, public holidays and selected dates are excluded.
The winner’s preferred dates cannot be guaranteed.

7. STANDARD BANKHOUSE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The prize stay is subject to Bankhouse’s standard booking Terms & Conditions, house rules and guest policies, in the same way as any other stay at the property.
The winner will act as the lead guest and will be responsible for their group.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that all accompanying guests are aware of and comply with Bankhouse’s Terms & Conditions and house rules.
Any standard requirements relating to guest information, identification, security deposits or other booking requirements will also apply to the prize stay.
Failure to comply with Bankhouse’s Terms & Conditions or house rules may result in the booking being refused or the stay being terminated in accordance with the standard terms applicable to guests.
8. WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received across the participating social media platforms.
The draw will take place after entries have closed.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted by direct message from Bankhouse’s official social media account.
Bankhouse will never ask the winner to make a payment in order to claim the prize.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified.
If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or has not complied with these Terms & Conditions, Bankhouse reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
10. BOOKING THE PRIZE
Once the winner has been verified, Bankhouse will arrange the prize booking directly with them.
The booking will only be confirmed once an eligible date has been agreed and all applicable booking requirements have been completed.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This giveaway is organised and administered by Bankhouse.
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other participating social media platform.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that the participating social media platforms have no responsibility for the administration of the promotion or fulfilment of the prize.
Please be aware of impersonation and scam accounts. The winner will only be contacted by Bankhouse’s official social media account. Bankhouse will never request payment for a winner to claim this prize.
12. GENERAL
Bankhouse reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Bankhouse accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to technical issues or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
If circumstances outside Bankhouse’s reasonable control make it necessary, Bankhouse reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable promotional rules and law.
The winner and their guests remain responsible for their own travel arrangements, personal belongings and any additional expenses incurred during their stay.
